The hotel has wonderful conditions and environment in the rooms, but there were some unclean small bugs in the bed that kept me up all night. The room had a pool view, although not the main pool, just the kids pool. I stayed in a Deluxe family room, which was essentially a 1-bedroom apartment without a kitchen.

The hotel has its ups and downs. The rooms initially were not up to par, but after an upgrade to a deluxe room, the experience improved significantly. The lack of an elevator was surprising and inconvenient, but the new room had beautiful romantic decorations and thanks to Masoud for the lovely towels.

The hotel has very nice romantic and beautiful decorations in the rooms, although some areas were old, with the towel art thanks to Masoud being a lovely touch. However, it was surprising to find out there is no elevator in the hotel, particularly when staying on the 1st floor.

The hotel offers well-equipped and clean rooms, providing a comfortable stay. The service is top-notch with genuinely friendly staff members, although the dining experience may lack organization. The location is superb, offering easy access to water sports and a great place to relax away from the sea. The facilities are well-maintained, ensuring a pleasant stay overall.

The hotel's location near Soho square is fabulous, but being close to a bar can be noisy. The rooms need renovation and are a bit far from the main building. The service provided, like a clear sign on arrival and friendly staff, is commendable, despite some issues with meals timing. The hotel is out of the bustling downtown area, but the staff does their best with minimal staff. The dining experience offers fixed but delicious meals, although limited in variety. The facilities are adequate but require maintenance.
